RAMS: grade jail or a necessary rehab?

The second grading period mixes the cool autumn breezes of October with the sighs of students receiving RAMS slips. Anyone with an F or D (or “U” in work habits, at the discretion of teachers) will find themselves in the RAMS intervention program, hitting the books from 12:05 to 12:30 instead of grabbing an early lunch.

But is RAMS perceived as effective? Rampage polled that, although some teachers had mixed opinions on its effectiveness, signified by the “both” response, most teachers and students support the initiative.
