Girls Volleyball
Girls varsity volleyball beat Rancho Christian High 3 sets to 0 to be crowned Southern Section Champions on Nov. 3 in a home win.

Girls volleyball placed third in the Rio Hondo League with a record of 4-4, advancing them to the CIF playoff stage.

In the first round of the playoffs, volleyball defeated Woodbridge High School with a score of 3 sets to 0 on Oct. 19. The second round on Oct. 21 resulted in a 3-1 victory against Valencia High. Girls volleyball surpassed the quarterfinals round against Ventura High winning 3-0 on Oct. 25. They won against Centennial, 3-0, in the semifinal game on Oct. 28.

Girls volleyball will continue their playoff campaign in State CIF playoffs after securing their spot with their quarterfinal win and their advancement to section semi finals.

Last year in the 2022-23 season, girls volleyball placed 5th in RHL with a record of 1-8 and 6-game loss streak.

Girls Tennis
With a league record of 4-6, girls varsity tennis placed fourth in the Rio Hondo League denying them team qualification to CIF. The team experienced a loss in an away game against South Pasadena, 12-6, on Oct. 17. On Oct. 19, girls tennis won against Monrovia at home 13-5. In their final league game of the season, they lost against La Cañada, 13-5, on Oct. 23.

Freshman Arianna Liao and junior Lexi Wang represented the Rams at RHL prelims on Oct. 26 and 27 at Live Oak Park. However, the double was unable to advance to the CIF playoffs.

Girls Golf
Girls varsity golf were undefeated league champions this past season with a perfect record of 194.

Junior Kacey Ly won the league individual title with a score of 69 and moved on to compete in CIF alongside sophomore Samarah Joshiakar.
Ly tied for second in the first round of CIF individuals on Oct. 25 and progressed to the next round held at Los Serranos Golf Course on Nov. 9.

Cross Country
This season, girls varsity cross country placed fourth and boys varsity placed fifth in RHL, which did not qualify either team for CIF playoffs.
Cross country attended their first RHL meet at Lacy Park in San Marino on Sept. 21.

Their second meet was at Hahamongna Park in La Cañada on Oct. 12, and their final league meet was also at Lacy Park on Nov. 2

Boys Water Polo
Varsity boys water polo are back-to-back Rio Hondo League champions with the best league record of 7-1.

Their single loss occurred in their final league game against San Marino on Oct. 26.

Boys water polo’s season came to an end on Oct. 31 with an 8-6 loss to Agoura High.
